The aayiram buta saree or the Thousand Buta saree has as the name suggests, a thousand woven motifs of alternate mayil or peacock and chakram or circles within thin checks that span the entire body of the saree. These are traditional motifs are accented in beautiful colour combinations and an elaborate woven pallav. This greeen aayuram buta has yellow woven rudraksha and annapakshi motifs all over the body.
