If you are not happy with what you received, or if it’s quite different from what you expected, we’re going to make it right. We request you to contact us via phone or email within 15 days of receiving your purchase to let us know your issue.

We will try to make sure that you are happy with our products and also try to do what is right by the weavers, artisans who create them.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. In case you haven’t contacted us within 15 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  1. If it’s unclear how the product got damaged.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped to you. If you wish to cancel your order after having received the product, a refund is possible only if the product is unopened in the same condition as it was received in. Keep in mind however, that the shipping costs have to be borne by the customer. Your refund will be processed with 24-48 hours after your product has been received and inspected.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
